BESS 2.3.0 introduces a new engine for BESS Buildings - BESS-10

Integrated Water Management

• Replacement of STORM tool with Blue Factor tool

Operational Energy

• Dwelling energy choices refined in line with gas restriction and latest MEPS
• Updated greenhouse emission factors, in line with the latest release of the Australian National Greenhouse Accounts Factors.
• Non-residential operational energy deemed to satisfy question for floors and ceilings revised

Indoor Environment Quality

• New apartment daylight pathway using spatial daylight autonomy

Miscellaneous

• Supporting documents list refined
