# Objective

To sustainably manage water supply and demand, water resources, wastewater, drainage and stormwater through an integrated water management approach that prioritises nature-based solutions, visible stormwater treatment, and multifunctional urban landscapes.

# Summary

# Excellence

Awarded where the majority of stormwater treatment is visible, rather than relying on 'grey' infrastructure, as shown in the Stormwater Management Strategy (SWMS) or Integrated Water Management (IWM) Plan.

Visible WSUD assets—such as rain gardens, swales, wetlands, and passively irrigated trees—support biodiversity, amenity, and urban cooling. Opportunities may include integrating open space or sports fields into stormwater harvesting schemes.
