# Objective
To incorporate natural and cultural features in the design of streets and public open space where appropriate.
To protect and enhance native habitat and discourage the planting and spread of noxious weeds.
# Summary
Excellence is awarded where advanced trees (minimum 2.5m) will be planted early, at least 6 months prior to the sale of lots. Applicants must provide a planting schedule, a documented maintenance program, and evidence of implementation such as site photos or contractor agreements.

- Landscape Masterplan: Advanced trees marked on plans. Annotation / legend to plans - 'Advanced trees (minimum 2.5m). Advanced trees to be planted at least 6 months prior to the sale of lots.'
