# Applies to
Medium (16-59 lots), large (60-249 lots) and very large (250+ lots) subdivisions
# Objective
To provide a range of lot sizes to suit a variety of dwelling and household types.
# Summary
Excellence is awarded where ≥7.5% of the net residential area comprises superlots over 1000m². Net residential area excludes roads, public open space, and non-residential land.
‘Superlots’ are defined as lots larger than 1000sqm that are capable of being further subdivided e.g. to provide for multi-dwelling residential development or commercial development.
