# Objective

To provide a range of lot sizes to suit a variety of dwelling and household types.

# Summary

Excellence is awarded where superlots for higher-density living are delivered early in the development phase. To meet the standard, ensure superlots intended for multi-dwelling or mixed-use development are created and made development-ready in the initial stages of subdivision rollout.

‘Superlots’ are defined as lots larger than 1000sqm that are capable of being further subdivided e.g. to provide for multi-dwelling residential development or commercial development.
